My opinion on nipple pain and treatment.
Nipple pain is the number one reason for breastfeeding cessation. Getting help for nipple pain as soon as you can will optimize how much milk your baby takes in, and help you reach your breastfeeding goals. If you are experiencing nipple pain, contact an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant as soon as possible.
